I am not to sure where this should be but it sort of fits this area. I have lent my sisters one of my PVG books, I want to be able to play one of the pieces on clarinet but still have a piano accompiant...which should I transpose the voice line into Bb or play the voice as written and transpose the piano part? How would I do this? (I have never transposed before ) and if it was to be played on Eb Sax?p.s. is there manuscript in the form of pv?

What is PVG? Lol.. What key is the piano part in? If the piano was in Bb, then transpose the voice part into C and so forth. Just put the voice line up a tone for clarinet. If you want to play it on sax then put the voice line up a *oh gosh can't remember* ROFL If it's in Bb then put it up a 6th so it'd be in G..I think..

Ah I get it haha.
Ok if it's in C major, put the vocal part up a tone and play in D major on clarinet
For sax, put the vocal part in A major I think, up a 6th.
