I would seriously begin to doubt weather he is the right teacher for you after telling you to play that complete pile of tripe, i think you should stop having lessons with him....

Hey all, I am attempting to play Sarabande et Allegro (Best piece ever ) Francaix Danses ( 1-Pambiche, 2- Baiao , 4- Samba Lenta) and also Scherzando Sax. You proabably guessed what Grade i am doing

List B: Francaix Danses! Avoid the Blues Concerto - that's manic. I've heard the Miniature things are good but I've never played them. The Nigel Wood is manic but fun, you might like that, but it's fast and lots of accidentals. List C: If Only in that James Rae book you've got! Or Tabasco, but I'm not sure you like that . Avoid Ferling and Ian Wilson . The one out of Sixty for Sax isn't bad.
