I'm a bit confused as to who I have entered!!! Working for a music service brings around a place where satan lives of a lot more paper work when it comes to exams, and I'm currently battling with parents (who got the exam notices for this term before summer holidays) who haven't sent replies back!!! Without them they can't do it!! I may have ten studetns doing exams, but I may well only have 5!! Who knows! I don't suppose you can adopt a, "See who turns up on the day" approach, can you? ;D

Well other than one grade 8 student, I've decided not to chase up the ones who haven't sent in the forms. The office may do that but I'm not sure. They got the forms before the summer holidays, so I've decided that it's tough if it's not back in, and that they should start taking some responsibility for thenselves!!

not this time. It's flutes and clarinets. But a couple of grade 8 flutes which is nice!!
Think I'll probably have a grade 5 sax at Easter though. I'll hear her play on Tuesday, so we'll see how much work she's done over the summer!!!

I'm never keen to enter at Christmas, as at that time of year, I never seem to get as much practice out of them as I'd like. Especially those who play other instruments, do drama, sing in choirs and so on. Thet think they're on target at the end of September, but it doesn't always go according to plan, so I'd much rather wait till February.

This is my first term, I don't think quite ever, but in a very long time when I have none whatsoever hooray!. So I'll sit back, and get myself all organised for Christmas, - shopping is nearly finished!

One Trinity Grade 4 retake. Everyone else is being geared up to the spring session where I should have 2 Grade 1 Piano, 3 Grade 1 Theory and a Grade 7 singer, and maybe a grade 3 Oboist... of course there may be a Grade 7 recorder player if I get the practice in!

Seems to be Easter that is the main session. If all goes to plan, I should have 15 entries at Easter .
