Fantastic Dr Mrs S. Soon you will be the proud owner of a ridiculously large mortgage - still, at least a house goes with it. ;D Wonderful news. Are you sure you should be having SHO's and Registrars whilst on duty? Shouldn't you be working? What will Mr Dr S say? Sorry. Couldn't resist

Steve: Oh, it's nothing to what the other house officers have Nat: I'm a house officer (HO; lowest of low) next up is senior HO, then Registrar, the consultant (boss; all-knowing). Last week my SHO was on Hols and my Reg on call. Why isn't my birthday on the 'this month's events'?
