For what?
Salad cream is revolting, as is mayonnaise unless it's in a tuna sandwich!
Mayonnaise (/pedant)

Neither salad cream or mayonaisse mayonnaise... give me ketchup any day or maybe sour cream and chive (I know it isn't exactly a condiment but I love it SO much)

BBQ Sauce. I love it on a big meaty sausage which has been cooked to perfection over an open flame. And now it's summer, there are sooo many barbecues happening. It's great.

BAlsamic vinegar on chips is wonderful, better than that non-brewed condiment any day.
Kids are fond of Ketchup and HP sauce though not at the same time. Hubby likes steaks marinaded in Worcestershire Sauce.
