To Saxophonist : The francaix arent that bad, i am actually enjoying them now . The blues concerto sounds nice (though i havent seen the music for it) For the C pieces I am doing Scherzando Sax (the one from sixty for sax) It has a great tune and it quite catchy, though it is rather fast (crotchet = 190) and there are quite alot of triplet quavers. It is a good piece to practice your chromatics The books i am ordering (not that many really) Saxophone: The Art if saxophone playing Amy Quate: Lightof Sothis Clarinet: Grades 1-8 Scales (yipeee) Flute: 76 Graded Studies Grade 1-8 Scales Play Latin for Flute Landscapes- Mike Mower Piano: Blood Brothers Andrew Lloyd Webber Collection Thats It.....for now

It is on the dipABRSM list, but 2 movements of it are on the grade 7 list. Remember that a lot of diploma pieces are not always technically hard, it's the level of performance that matters more. First movement is very slow. Second movement is quite fast with a fab cadenza and it lead straight on to the third movement which is slow. It's not that long .
