Practice? . Oh. Hadn't thought of that. I can hear my husband working away at the continuo part - he hates compound time, it ties his fingers into knots. Maybe he'll let me join in.

Lol, I just won't answer the phone..and don't shout..it will hurt my ears and then I won't be able to hear the accompaniment. However; on the plus side I won't be able to hear myself ;D.

Oh, but you will! 'cos the sound will be conducted through your head (missing your ears altogether) from the sax. At least, that is my explanation for why my head buzzes when I try playing the sopranino.

Hmm was so so. He is very eccentric... my tone was better in most pieces apart from the slow one..it was terrible I came in a beat too early on a few occasions and he said "you need to count, I'm a famous pianist I want to play all my notes" oops Hmm not that confident, I can't stop shaking or feeling sick, might have another rehearsal later.

It wasn't too bad, so relieved it is over, just feel so exhausted. I had two of my friends in there watching and they said it was brilliant and said that my unaccompanied piece that I was worried about really worked and was really effective. So I got good comments from my friend...whether the examiners agree....
